1. What is Video Mystery Shopping?
Video Mystery Shopping is a new and exciting product from CustomerTrend. We merges standard mystery shopping with hidden cameras and microphones to record the customers point of view. We will only shop in areas that can normally be seen by your customers. We will not record in restrooms where multiple occupancy is allowed.
2. What is Telephone Mystery Shopping?
Telephone Mystery Shopping is a great program for evaluating your company's response to customer complaints and questions. Our researchers anonymously call your business with typical issues faced by your locations. We then record and log their responses.
3. What is the benefit of employee feedback for us?
Employee feedback regarding their thoughts and feelings on their work environments allows employers to create incentives and policy. A company committed to the well being of their employees is more likely to reduce overall turnover and in turn increased profits and revenue.
4. Do you do competition shops?
Yes we do. As long as what is asked of us is in the nature course of a regular customer and is NOT ethically and morally wrong we will do what is needed to evaluate your business.
5. What if our competitor is also your client?
Great question. We've debated this many times. Our own values come to test with this question. We do not share our client list with other clients. Each client will have their own shops. We will not shop one time and send the results twice. To do one shop and charge for two, would be ethically wrong.
6. Why do you have an ethics clause?
Ethics and morals is the foundation that we built our company on. We are building a company, with a vision. To be of service to others and to grow with our partners. To do business in a manner that would deem us as unsavory amongst our clients peers, and family is not an option.
7. Will you share information with other clients?
No. Your privacy and total confidentiality is guaranteed as stated in our privacy policy.
8. Do you guarantee your services?
Of course 100%. We strive everyday to exceed your expectations. If we are lacking in a project, let us know. We appreciate constructive criticism.
